Our services include:

Communications and brand audits

Everything we do is grounded in strategy, and we believe that this requires our being fully informed before jumping into execution mode. For many of our clients we perform a variety of brand audits and competitive audits to help us design an impactful communications program. We are very seasoned at pulling out insights and feedback from members of a company’s leadership team, their employees or customers, which often ends up informing not just our work but also how an organization’s senior team is thinking about their business.

Narrative and value proposition development

We have a great deal of experience helping dynamic organizations with important stories to tell define their brands and develop strong, sustainable platforms to support that brand over time. We use our knowledge of the financial services and impact investing sectors to help us craft truly differentiated narratives for our client’s businesses and develop messaging that is tailored to key stakeholders.

Media relations

We know how to tell your story. We have deep experience developing impactful media strategies that promote and protect a brand, and maintain strong relationships with national, local, broadcast, trade and digital media outlets. Confluence Partners takes a “quality over quantity” approach to media relations, and we believe this is particularly important for organizations working in or alongside the financial and impact marketplaces.

Thought leadership development

People trust people, not institutions. We are extremely adept at creating thought leadership programs that encompass content development in partnership and on behalf of members of a company’s executive leadership team; conference, podcast and event identification and support; byline and op-ed development; white paper development.

Content development

Strong, compelling and informed content forms the underpinnings of any successful communications strategy. Whether it’s a byline in a third-party publication, a blog series or podcast and conference strategy, the Confluence team knows how to create high quality, impactful content. Our team includes top quality writers who help our clients’ thought leaders stay in front of the stakeholders that matter.

Digital strategy including social media strategies and execution

Strategies range from authoring blogs and other content for client websites and social media properties to overhauling website copy to working alongside a client or taking over their social media properties.

Crisis preparedness and issues management

When a crisis occurs, we help ensure business continuity while fixing the problem. Our principal goal is always to mitigate reputational damage and protect long-term enterprise value, often by identifying and defusing potentially volatile issues before they become full-blown crises. We help companies take control of their stories, dampen media firestorms, fix damaging perceptions and manage and influence an organization’s diverse stakeholder groups, developing all necessary collateral materials throughout the process.
